At The Voice Acting Institute, we believe transformation is possible when you're ready to confront what's holding you back, tune into your truest self, and take aligned, intentional action. That’s why our approach goes deeper than just surface-level performance tips—we guide you on a path of personal and professional mastery.
Whether you’re stepping behind the mic for the first time or are ready to expand your reach in this industry, our method is designed to help you unlock your voice, your brand, and your full potential.
Every actor walks in with a story—an internal narrative that’s shaped their confidence, habits, and expectations. This first step is about shining a light on those invisible wounds: the fear, creative blocks, and resistance that quietly hold you back.
Through deep conversation, intuitive coaching, and reflection, we’ll uncover the patterns that no longer serve you. This isn’t about denying your ego—it’s about recognizing how it’s shaped your decisions and gently loosening its grip.
We help you connect the dots between your thoughts and actions so you can clearly see how they've been impacting your career—and your life. This awareness is the first major shift toward reclaiming your voice, power, and purpose.
Once we’ve identified what’s been blocking you, we guide you back to the voice within—the one that’s always known what you’re here to do. In this phase, we focus on tuning out external noise and tuning into your intuition.
It’s time to break free from “shoulds,” comparisons, and outdated expectations. Instead, we build trust in your own voice—both literally and spiritually. We help you shape your personal brand, get clear on your goals, and develop the mindset that will carry you forward.
This is also where we begin working with script interpretation, teaching you how to approach copy from a place of connection rather than performance. You'll start voicing approved scripts that align with your developing brand, creating demo-ready pieces that reflect your unique tone, style, and truth.
The transformation doesn't end with clarity—it begins there. Now, we give you the tools to maintain momentum, take action, and evolve with confidence.
You'll continue developing your brand identity while learning to digest media that feeds your growth—whether that’s studying audiobooks, interpreting video copy, or building programs that mirror the direction you want to go. We’ll help you not only understand your talent but how to package it and present it in a way that gets results.
You'll be supported every step of the way, including guidance on:
Crafting original demo content
Learning how to listen and grow from your recordings
Understanding your unique resistance to success
Branding that evolves as you do
Industry education that makes you ready, not just hopeful
By the end, you’ll have a brand you believe in, a voice you trust, and a toolkit of skills that make you unstoppable.

If you’re going to coach with us at The Voice Acting Institute, we ask that you show up fully. This is a space for serious voice actors—whether you’re new or seasoned—who are ready to stretch, grow, and elevate your craft and consciousness.
Here’s what we expect from you:
Maturity & Emotional Readiness
We work on a deep level. You must be emotionally open, willing to self-reflect, and take ownership of your growth. This isn’t a place for blame or excuses.
Punctuality & Professionalism
Be on time. Be prepared. Treat this with the same level of respect you’d bring to a booking or a directed session.
Do the Work
Coaching only works if you work it. That includes completing assignments, practicing scripts, building your brand assets, and staying engaged between sessions.
Respectful Communication
We foster a safe, encouraging environment. That means being respectful in your words, tone, and energy—toward yourself, your coach, and your fellow creatives.
A Serious Desire to Grow
We don’t expect perfection. But we do expect passion and commitment. If you’re not here to truly fine-tune your craft, this probably isn’t your space.
Openness to Feedback
This is a learning environment. If you're not coachable, you're not growing. Be willing to hear the hard stuff, sit with it, and use it to rise.
Accountability
You’re responsible for your progress. We'll guide you—but you must show up, follow through, and be accountable for your time, energy, and results.
Creative Curiosity
Bring your full self—your quirks, your ideas, your weird and wonderful voice. The more you lean into your authenticity, the more you'll unlock your potential.
Commitment to Conscious Growth
We teach more than technique—we teach presence, awareness, and self-mastery. Be willing to look inward. The voice follows the heart.
Community Vibe
We believe in rising together. Whether you're working 1-on-1 or inside Intuitive Soup, we expect kindness, encouragement, and genuine support for others on the path.

Client Spotlight
I was first referred to Stan through another coach. In my session, I was blocked off and
unwilling to let go. My reads felt rigid and uninspired.
When I initially met him, we had a wonderful conversation, and I immediately felt like
this was someone who understood me and could help me move forward. I signed up
with him at once.
Over the past 4+ years, Stan has helped bring me out of my old ways of thinking and
into new depths of creativity. What started as a Voice Over coaching process, has
turned into a program that helps me manage many aspects of my life. He has guided
me through personal decisions, including getting a “real” job to help sustain my home
and, most recently, a very long process of moving cities to compliment my current
reality.
As an artist, we worked closely to develop my Animation Demo. We used the tools to
determine the types of characters that not only suited me but with whom I felt a
connection. From there I was able to imagine the scenes for each, then write the scripts
for each. With every character, we built the full story and for one piece, created
background dialogues for an additional 9 characters. Many of these scripts have
sparked ideas for longer projects, which I am beginning to develop.
With Stan’s help, I have been able to realize that I have the magic within me and
allowed me to be more present to my life and work.
"If you need a coach for VoiceOver, Demos or just life in general Stanley should be your go-to!"
